Water constitutes a major part of the body. It is required for various different bodily functions and keeps the body hydrated and fresh for a long time. Any excessive loss of water from our body can cause dehydration that results in fatigue, headache, dizziness and ultimately, leads to major dehydration symptoms that can even turn fatal if it continues for long.

More often even workout planners overlook the need for hydration of the body before, during and after the workout. It is advisable to keep a bottle of water in your vicinity while working out at a gym or at home.
