However, his true passion was rugby where he was fortunate enough to play for team BC and team Canada. The gym has always been part of his life and he loves helping people achieve their fitness goals and teaching others what he has learned from past experience. Having overcome three major injuries throughout his life, Brock never takes his body for granted and leads by example with his intense workouts.

Nicolashas been learning and working in the field of physical training and rehabilitation for the past 10 years since he started hisstudies in Physiotherapy. He worked for 5 years as a full time Physiotherapist in a muscle skeletal rehabilitation and sport clinic. Janis has always loved fitness. She grew up as a competitive swimmer playing a variety of school team sports along the way. In fact, at the age of 18 she competed in her first Ironman Canada triathlon. Shortly after that Janis decided that she wanted to share her passion of fitness with others and got certified as a BCRPA fitness group leader. Janis pursued an education in fashion design, but kept teaching classes as she did so. After completing her degree Janis decided that the fashion industry was not where she wanted to be and she went back to school to get her personal training diploma at NAIT. As if she didn’t have enough on her plate, during the final year of her diploma Janis also competed in her first figure competition!
