I've been training here for a while under Mirthy he's great for pushing me to be a better athlete. I train harder with him than I do on my own. Only downside is the walk up the staircase after leg exercises with Mirthy.

I have been a member of this gym for the past three months and I am very happy with my experience. All the staff very nice and helpful. I have also been training with a coach her name is Grace. I have been visiting Golds Gym since this March. The every member whether trainers or trainee follow the COVID-19 protocols. I have been working with this Amazing Trainer Grace Wang, she is focused and determined in bringing best out on the clients. She is well experienced and also creative when it comes to workout. I personally everyday look forward to do workout with her. Worth joining and taking Personal training at this Gym.

I’ve been training with Raven for over a year now. The gym facilities are fantastic- Golds has everything you need to reach your goals including group classes when they’re open. By far though, my PT Raven has had the biggest impact on my success. Not just for what she’s taught me about form, new exercises tailored to my goals, and reaching fitness milestones along the way- but for the confidence I’ve gained through the process. I’ve had incredible physical results from the training, but more importantly was the change in my mindset. Raven taught me to set smaller achievable goals along the journey, find what drives me when I’m motivated so I can lean into that when I’m not, and that it’s not perfection but progress and consistency that are key. Throughout my journey so far she’s always been in my corner. More than that though, Raven also taught me to be there for myself.

I can't recommend enough my Personal Trainer, Raven Canaday. I have been working with her for over a year and she has taken me from a gym noob to a 3 times a week regular weight trainer. Her functional training program has helped me to correct my posture and shoulder issues as well as taught me so much about my own body in both mobility and nutrition. Now I can not only confidently lift heavy weights at the gym but also in every day life without fear of injuring myself. Overall I have become a more confident person and I have Raven to thank for that.
