HOW TO SIGN UP
Classes must be pre-booked and cannot be booked online, email the team directly at coaching@goldsgymbc.ca to claim your trial classes. You can also stop by the front desk for assistance.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE CLASS:
Bring a water bottle and towel.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up.
For the safety and comfort of the class, once class begins you will not be allowed entry and it will be considered a late cancel.
- A booked class must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel / no show fee from $15 – $25
