Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are at least 19 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Gold’s Gym BC are not eligible.

Promotional Period: The giveaway begins on January 19 and ends on January 26, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the promotional period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Participants must submit their contact information through the specified online platform to be eligible.

Prizes: One (1) winners will each receive three (3) personal training sessions and a one-month membership to one of the Gold’s Gym BC locations: West Broadway Vancouver, University Marketplace Vancouver, Langley, and Port Coquitlam. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed except by Gold’s Gym BC, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on [draw date]. Winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Gold’s Gym BC reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in Gold’s Gym BC’s sole discretion, has violated any of these terms and conditions, the law, or has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gold’s Gym BC, its affiliates, and their respective agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

Consent to Use Personal Information: The information participants provide will be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and, with participant consent, to provide them with information about Gold’s Gym BC’s products or services. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Gold’s Gym’s Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

Disputes: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Gold’s Gym in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the province where the entrant resides.
